Our commitment
Cigar House is committed to making our website and, when we open, our physical lounge welcoming and usable by everyone — including people who use assistive technology or need reasonable accommodations.
Standards
We aim for our site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We test with a mix of keyboard navigation, screen readers, and automated tooling as we build.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time task. As we finalize the site ahead of our early-2027 opening, we will continue to test and improve — including color contrast, focus visibility, form labels, motion preferences, and readable typography.
Physical space
Our Bloomingdale location will comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Illinois accessibility standards. If you have specific needs for a visit, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
