Our policy
Cigar House sells tobacco products and operates a cigar lounge open only to adults 21 years of age or older. This applies to everyone — no exceptions and no minors, even when accompanied by an adult.
Website
On your first visit each session, our website displays an age-verification modal. By selecting "I am 21 or older" you attest, under penalty of the applicable law, that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Your response is stored in your browser session only.
In the lounge
When we open, valid, government-issued photo identification will be required on every visit for anyone who appears under 30. Acceptable IDs include a state-issued driver's license or state ID, a U.S. passport, or a military ID. Expired IDs cannot be accepted.
Online orders
When our online humidor launches, all orders will require age verification at checkout and an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Orders that cannot be verified will be canceled and refunded.
Enforcement
Cigar House reserves the right to refuse service and to remove anyone from the premises who cannot verify their age or who provides false identification.
